Stir in the sour cream until just combined. The dough will be a bit crumbly.
Gradually add the Mountain Dew, stirring gently until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently pat it into a 1-inch thick rectangle.
Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
