· 1 cup (about 2-3 medium) very ripe bananas, mashed (the spottier, the better!)
· For the Dry Ingredients:
· 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
· 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed is best for a rich flavor)
· 1 teaspoon baking soda
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
