Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except green onions and sesame seeds. Mix evenly without overworking.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
In the last 10 minutes, brush with a glaze made from 2 tablespoons gochujang and 2 tablespoons honey.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
