Sweet Pandan Bread
Ingredients:
* 350g bread flour
* 30g sugar
* 7g instant dry yeast
* 150ml coconut milk
* 35ml whole milk
* 1 egg
* 30g unsalted butter
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pandan extract
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and knead until the dough is super elastic and stretchy. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more flour as needed.
2. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
3. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape them into smooth, round balls.
4. Rest again for 45-60 minutes until they double in size.
5. Dust with flour and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 20-25 minutes.
