Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
For meat filling:

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the onions and cook until soft.

Add the minced meat and cook until browned.

Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.

Let it cool completely.
For cheese filling:
Mix the cheeses with herbs in a bowl.
2. Cut the Puff Pastry

Cut each pastry sheet into 9 or 12 equal squares.

Place a spoonful of filling into the centre of each square.
3. Shape the Parcels

Bring all four corners of the pastry together and pinch to seal.

Place seam-side down on a lined baking tray.
4. Brush & Bake

Brush the tops with beaten egg.
-
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes,
or until golden, puffy, and crisp.
5. Serve
