Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a medium bowl, combine the milk, pudding powder, egg, and cottage cheese.
Whisk or blend until smooth and creamy.
The batter should be pourable but slightly thick—adjust with a splash of milk if needed, or add more pudding powder or cottage cheese if too thin.

Step 2: Cook the Pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour small amounts of batter to create thin pancakes.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form and the edges lift, then flip gently and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
