Ingredients:
3 puff pastries
Custard:
125 g of sugar
3 egg yolks
50 g of flour
100 g softened butter
50 cl of milk
2 leaves of gelatin
Perfume of your choice:
Rum or Kirsch
Icing:
150 g of icing sugar
Coffee extract or liquid chicory
1 egg white
