Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken drumsticks in the slow cooker. -
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. -
Marinate the Chicken:
Pour the marinade over the chicken, coating evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors soak in. -
Slow Cook:
Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6–8 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender. -
Thicken the Sauce:
Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry.
Stir this into the sauce in the slow cooker.
Turn to high and cook for another 30 minutes, until the sauce thickens. -
Serve:
Transfer the chicken to a serving platter.
Spoon the thickened sauce over the chicken.
Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Serve hot.
