Simple Lamb Shanks Recipe

1. Preheat the oven th . 6 (180°C).

3. Add the egg yolks and sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the milk and gradually incorporate the sifted flour with added yeast, lemon juice and a little grated zest.
5. Finally, introduce the egg whites in heavy snow.
6. Pour in buttered mold and bake for about 1 hour.
