1. Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

2. Slice the Potatoes
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each potato horizontally, about halfway through its thickness. For extra crispiness, try angled slices.

3. Preheat the Oven
