Parmesan Baked Potatoes – Golden, Crispy & Flavor-Packed

1. Prep Oven & Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Peel and cut potatoes into uniform wedges.

2. Season the Wedges

  • Toss potato wedges with olive oil in a large bowl.

  • Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over potatoes and toss again.

3. Coat with Parmesan

  • Add grated Parmesan and press lightly so it sticks.

  • Add optional herbs if desired.

4. Bake to Perfection

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Arrange wedges in a single layer.

  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

5. Finish & Serve
