Nut roll WITHOUT flour and prepared in just a few minutes

PREPARATION

Beat the egg white until stiff and gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar. If you have a hard, shiny egg white, add beaten yolks. Finally, just add the peanuts.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread a thin layer of dough over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the baking paper immediately after baking (if it doesn’t work, cover the dough with a soft cloth, wait a while and try again. The paper should come off the dough without any problems). Mix the cream with powdered sugar and cover the base of the dough with
the spread. Wrap and place in the refrigerator.
Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar.
