Never had this combo before! It was fresh and oh so satisfying!

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetables: In a large bowl, mix cabbage, cucumbers, celery, and carrots.

  2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, pepper, and salt until smooth.

  3. Mix & chill: Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until well coated. Stir in parsley.

  4. Refrigerate: Cover and chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.

  5. Serve: Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
