Moldless frozen popsicles

1. Place Oreo cookies in a bowl, then crush them with a glass.
2. Put crushed cookies in oreo bags reserve
3. In a bowl, mix well the cream of milk, add the dulce de leche. Mix.
4. Place it all in a pitcher, then pour it in the biscuits.
5. Place in lollipop sticks, freeze for 3 hours.
6. Dip in melted chocolate (optional)
