Magic Chicken Pie

 

1. Prep Oven & Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cubed butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt. Remove once melted.

2. Prepare Batters

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together milk + Bisquick baking mix. Set aside.

  • In another bowl, whisk together chicken broth + cream of chicken soup. Set aside.

3. Layer the Ingredients (No Stirring!)

In the baking dish with melted butter, layer in this order:

  1. Shredded chicken

  2. Mixed vegetables and chopped onion

  3. Grated Cheddar cheese

4. Pour and Bake

  • Pour the Bisquick batter evenly over the layers.

  • Then pour the soup mixture on top.

  • Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.

5. Rest & Serve

Let the pie rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
