1. Prep Oven & Dish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cubed butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt. Remove once melted.
2. Prepare Batters

In a medium bowl, whisk together milk + Bisquick baking mix. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together chicken broth + cream of chicken soup. Set aside.
3. Layer the Ingredients (No Stirring!)
In the baking dish with melted butter, layer in this order:

Shredded chicken

Mixed vegetables and chopped onion

Grated Cheddar cheese
4. Pour and Bake

Pour the Bisquick batter evenly over the layers.

Then pour the soup mixture on top.

Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown and set in the center.
5. Rest & Serve
Let the pie rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
