Garlic Butter Steak Bites

1. Heat olive oil in a spacious skillet over high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper to your liking.
2. Arrange the seasoned steak in the skillet in a single layer, possibly working in batches depending on the skillet’s size. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until achieving a delightful golden brown hue. Repeat with any remaining steak cubes if necessary.
3. Introduce the butter and minced garlic into the skillet; cook for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the steak is thoroughly coated in the rich garlic butter sauce.
4. Sprinkle the steak bites with minced parsley and serve promptly.

Notes:

– If sirloin isn’t available, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak can be used as alternatives.
