- Preheat Oven Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep ScallopsĀ Remove side muscles if present. Pat scallops dry and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Make GarlicĀ Ā ButterĀ MeltĀ Ā butterĀ in a pan. Add garlic and sautĆ© 1ā2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- AssembleĀ SpoonĀ Ā garlic butterĀ over scallops, coating each one generously.
- BakeĀ Bake for 12ā15 minutes until scallops are opaque and edges are golden. Avoid overcooking.
- Garnish & ServeĀ Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm. Pair with roasted veggies, pasta, salad, or crusty bread.
