Fluffy cake without oven


Step 1
In a container place the eggs and sugar. Beat until it triples its volume or until it reaches a letter point.
Step 2
Add previously sifted common wheat flour a few at a time.
Step 3
Mix in an enveloping manner.
Step 4
Pour into a 22 cm mold with baking paper on the base.
Step 5
In a 25 cm pot, place 300 ml of water then let it cool.
Step 6
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the pot, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Let cool and then unmold.
