Easy homemade bread recipe

Instructions:
Prepare the yeast mixture:
Heat the milk to a warm temperature, hot enough to activate the yeast, but not so hot that it kills it. Mix granulated sugar with milk until dissolved. Sprinkle the tablespoon of dry yeast over the milk and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, or until foamy, indicating that the yeast is active.
Combine dry ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and table salt. This not only combines these ingredients but also aerates the flour, resulting in a lighter bread.
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and yogurt until completely combined. Once the yeast mixture is foamy, add it to the oil and yogurt, mixing well.
Form the dough:
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon or your hands until a rough dough forms.
Knead the dough:
Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth, elastic, and slightly tacky but not sticky. If necessary, add a little more flour to achieve the right consistency.
First promotion:
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the bread:
Punch down the cooked dough to release any air bubbles. Shape it into a loaf by flattening the dough into a rectangle and then rolling it tightly. Pinch the seams to seal and tuck under the ends.
Second promotion:
Place the shaped loaf in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, until almost doubled in size.
Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once preheated, bake the bread for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Cool:
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
This custom recipe creates a wonderfully soft and flavorful bread that is perfect for sandwiches, toast or to enjoy as is with your favorite pasta. Enjoy your baking adventure!
