Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and trim off any excess fat and skin.
Season the chicken with salt, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, and chicken seasoning. Add chopped garlic cloves and mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Prepare the Vegetables:

Cut onions, potatoes, and carrots into small pieces.

Layering in the Jar:

Place a layer of seasoned chicken in the bottom of the glass jar.
Add some carrots and onions on top of the chicken.
Layer all the potatoes over the vegetables.
Repeat the layers in reverse order, with the top layer being chicken.
Do not fill the jar to the very top to avoid juice leakage and drying out of the meat and side dish.

Baking:

Cover the neck of the jar with foil, making several punctures for ventilation.
Place the jar in a cold oven to prevent it from cracking, then turn on the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cook for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees Celsius.

Safety Precautions:

IMPORTANT! Handle the glass jar carefully to prevent cracking. Place it in and out of the cold oven.
Ensure the oven temperature does not exceed 180 degrees Celsius.
Before use, carefully inspect the jar for chips or cracks. Wash and dry the jar well.

Enjoy Your Flavorful Meal:
This recipe is easy to follow and convenient, as you don’t need to add water, broth, or oil to the jar. The meat and vegetables will cook in their own juices, resulting in a delicious and tender dish.
