CHEESY ROASTED CAULIFLOWER


Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the head of cauliflower into florets and put them into boiling water with a pinch of salt for 3 to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes place them on a prepared baking sheet. Crush them with the bottom of the glass.
Season with salt, pepper, and spices, and cover with cheese. Make sure to coat everything.
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is roasted, cheese melted, and golden-brown on top.
Once the cheesy cauliflower is roasted, remove it from the oven.
Serve with your favorite sauce, and meat as a keto side dish, or as a keto vegetarian cauliflower dinner with cheese sauce.
