Cake recipe


In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix
Then add 200g of melted butter
Add 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast and 250g of flour to finish.
Pour 1/3 of the preparation into a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix
Bake all three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (same size of mold)
Then make the ganache by mixing 150g of chocolate pieces with the hot cream.
Then spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, place the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat finishing with the third slice
Leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes
Make the icing by gradually mixing water with the icing sugar (very little water!! taste by taste) then spread it on top of the cake
Sprinkle chocolate vermicella and leave to fry to enjoy later
