Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed. Place the mixture in a large ziplock bag. Cut the corner. Press this corner to release the mixture and form round cookies on the baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that the cookies keep their shape. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes
