BANANA CAKE

Instructions:

Chop the bananas and place them in a bowl. Mash them with a fork until they form a puree-like consistency. Set aside this banana puree.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs vigorously until they double in size. Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the sugar, milk, vanilla essence, salt, and melted butter to the eggs. Mix well.
Add the flour and active dry yeast to the mixture and stir until fully combined. Then, fold in the reserved banana puree.
Grease a baking pan with butter and pour the cake batter into it. Preheat the oven to 190ºC (375ºF) and bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes.
To check if the cake is done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, continue baking for a little longer.
Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for about an hour before removing and serving. Enjoy your delicious banana cake!
