Baby Octopus Recipe

Place baby octopus in a pressure cooker and add enough water to cover them. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. Release pressure manually. Remove octopus from water and dry.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil. Add octopus and sauté for about 2 minutes until they start to char. Add butter and garlic; sauté until pale gold.
Add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; sauté a bit longer. Add lime juice and stir to combine.
Transfer octopus to a serving plate. Garnish with parsley or cilantro and optional vegetables.
