We like to think of this recipe as the “Poor Man’s Steak.”

Yes, they’re frozen burgers. And yes, it’s packaged gravy.

But if you buy high-quality meat and a delicious gravy mix, this dish will taste like it’s entirely homemade.

A sprinkle of fresh parsley on top does more than just look good.

It adds an earthy, fresh taste that brings everything together and makes it taste like it was made from scratch.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil (or butter)
4 frozen hamburger patties, thawed
2 packets of gravy mix
Chopped parsley on top (optional)
