Lamb Chops over Lobster Mash with Asparagus

Ingredients:

– 4 lamb chops
– 1 lb (450g) potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
– 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: 1/2 cup shrimp or crab meat, cooked
