¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
For the Frosting:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups shredded, sweetened coconut
½ cup chopped pecans
