Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Additional salt, to taste
