1 cup chopped toasted pecans
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Optional Garnish:
Additional chopped pecans and flaked coconut
