Grilled Salmon & Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

This luxurious pasta dish combines smoky grilled salmon and shrimp with a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce. It’s elegant enough for special occasions yet simple enough for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

For the Seafood

  • 1 salmon fillet (6–8 oz, skin on or off)

  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan (plus more for garnish)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ cup reserved pasta water (if needed)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
