Creamy Ranch Chicken Mac and Cheese

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until no longer pink. Stir in ranch dressing mix and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth, about 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk until thickened.
Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted. Remove from heat and mix in sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Combine cooked macaroni, ranch chicken, and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Mix until well coated. Garnish with bacon and parsley if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
